📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach and mentor students in the fundamentals of petroleum engineering, including reservoir characterization, fluid flow, and well drilling.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of the team.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and development.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in petroleum engineering.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and teaching materials.
• Assist in the organization of technical events and conferences.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of petroleum engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop technical expertise in others.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, and PVTsim.
• Certification in petroleum engineering or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
