📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Encode and manage medical reports using specialized software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of medical documentation.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to resolve any discrepancies in medical reports.
• Handle client communications, providing clear and concise information about medical reports.
• Assist in the organization and archiving of medical records.
• Stay updated with the latest medical coding standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical reporting or a related field.
• Proven experience with medical coding software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, RHIA) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
