📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance workplace culture and team development.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to support employee growth and engagement.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on workplace culture and team development.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
