You will also be involved in the preparation and submission of necessary documentation, such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List, using industry-standard software like SAP and Oracle.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate clearance of goods.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List, using SAP and Oracle.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with customs regulations (BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 4.0, BC 4.1).
• Assist in the planning and execution of port operations, including vessel berthing and cargo handling.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all port activities and compliance documents.
• Provide support to the team in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the clearance process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve port operations and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and compliance, preferably in a port environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 4.0, and BC 4.1.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
