🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of developing and managing HR processes
