As a Floor Staff at Hungry Bird Coffee and Roaster, you'll be the heart of our café. Every day, you'll engage with customers, prepare and serve delicious coffee and food, and ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Our listening bar offers a unique atmosphere where customers can enjoy live music and great coffee, making it an exciting place to work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment
• Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee, tea, and food items
• Assist in setting up and cleaning after live music events in the listening bar
• Promote Hungry Bird Coffee and Roaster's products and services to customers
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly and customer-focused personality
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
