As a Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with our clients in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to understand their needs, address any issues, and provide proactive solutions. You will leverage tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom to streamline communication and enhance client interactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and monitor client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve service issues and improve processes.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and service requests.
- Create and maintain client satisfaction reports using data from Slack and Zoom.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics customer success.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for new hires.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or client services in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
