📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, and myofascial release.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and educate patients on proper exercise techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinic's multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of clinic records and patient files.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous education and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Medis or similar.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Valid professional license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
• Passionate about promoting wellness and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse clientele.
