📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office for store policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company and local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successful store management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
