📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and ordering new inventory as needed.,Support marketing efforts by promoting our brand and products through various channels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the jewelry or retail industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 lbs.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
