📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
• Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and well-organized environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
• Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure the store aligns with company goals and initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively from a distance.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
