VERTEX Corporindo is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
