Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the section.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the section's goals are aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Represent the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools, and able to adapt to new technologies and systems.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to the company's values and mission.,Fluent in both written and spoken English, as well as Indonesian.
