MERIDIAN Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch in Tigaraksa, Banten. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and customer service, and will be able to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position with the possibility of occasional travel to the branch.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and motivate the sales and customer service team.,Conduct market research and identify opportunities for business expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
