📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create effective job descriptions and advertisements.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone screens and in-person interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
