In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's accounting processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and analysis to the management team.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
