📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality hiring processes.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements to reflect the evolving needs of the organization.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and headhunters to enhance our talent pool.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Pontianak.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
