In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process and ensuring that all production activities run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, including material handling, quality control, and equipment operation.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Identify and report any production issues or inefficiencies to the production manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.,Support the production manager in training and mentoring new team members.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and other relevant documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Familiarity with production processes and equipment is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
