📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to dental staff, focusing on patient care, dental procedures, and clinic protocols.,Evaluate training needs and design customized training materials and activities.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and understanding.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and making improvements as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with clinic goals and objectives.,Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and practices to incorporate relevant knowledge into training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Promote a positive and supportive training environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental training or a similar role.,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with dental software and technologies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
