CV Property Galih is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Canggu. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Support the HR team in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
