📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
