📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Support the HR team in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
