Gold Den Group is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and a proven track record of managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.,Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage the HR information system and ensure data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR information systems and data management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
