📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive work environment.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
