Zone Food Nusantara is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an urgent position to manage our fleet operations efficiently. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our delivery services.

This is a full-time position based in Jambi, but there is flexibility for other locations within Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of the fleet.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and support for their routes.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to the fleet, such as accidents or mechanical problems.
  • Provide regular reports on the status and performance of the fleet to senior management.
  • Ensure all fleet operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
