📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement family education programs that promote strong family bonds and mutual respect.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to educate families on various topics such as communication, conflict resolution, and family values.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with community leaders, educators, and social workers to create a comprehensive family education strategy.
• Develop and deliver curriculum materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia resources.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Stay updated on best practices in family education and incorporate innovative approaches into program design.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to families participating in the programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Family Studies, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family education, community development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of family dynamics, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
• Valid teaching or counseling certification, if applicable.
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and community development.
