📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and other support personnel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve overall business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
