📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.

Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies and procedures.

Assist guests with their requests and ensure their needs are met.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Update and maintain guest records and reservations.

Assist with front desk operations and support the Front Desk Receptionist.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.

Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.

Must be reliable, responsible, and have a positive attitude.
