📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to drive sales and loyalty.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve company-wide objectives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry or company.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
