📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up the venue, arranging food and beverages, and managing guest seating.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the banquet area after the event.,Stay informed about new products and services offered by Cemerlang Electronics to provide accurate information to guests.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Work as part of a team to ensure the success of the banquet event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and equipment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.
