📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Monitor and report on training program participation and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
