As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product information, and processing transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized shop by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all products are properly priced and presented.,Manage inventory by counting stock, ordering new products, and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.,Assist with cash handling and maintaining accurate sales records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers and keep them informed about new products and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with the store manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.,Participate in store events, such as opening and closing ceremonies, to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Flexible and willing to work during weekends and holidays if necessary.
