📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Drive sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
