🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a focus on service management.

• Certification in luxury service management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
