📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
