📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries,Maintain and update guest records and databases,Handle and manage mail and packages,Assist with event planning and coordination,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times,Provide information about the company and its services,Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Receptionist

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with basic computer software and applications,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
