In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that support the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Create and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver training programs.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Contribute to the development of the company's talent management strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
