📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the F&B service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.,Prepare and cook food according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development activities for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a managerial role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
